Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment:
We take pride in delivering products in perfect condition. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns/exchanges for new, unworn items within 30 days of receipt.

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your package immediately.

  • Contact us right away if items are damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Return/Exchange Requirements:
 Authorized Returns Only

  • Contact customer service first for approval & return address (do not use the website address).

 Quality Issues Accepted

  • Minor color/size variations may occur and are not considered defects.

 Original Condition Required

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and protective strips intact.

  • Stained or used items will be refused.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Use your local post office (no COD).

  • Include the completed return form.

  • Keep your tracking number for reference.

Processing:

  • Refunds/exchanges processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer covers return shipping (unless the error is ours).

  • Choose a reliable courier—you’re responsible for lost/damaged returns.
